D. C. Iannuzzi
D. C. Iannuzzi is a Montreal writer and an unabashed news and history junkie. Having lived his entire life as a member of the city's north-end Italian community, he has gained a unique perspective on the political and language debate that has raged in Quebec since the 1960's. It is against this backdrop that in City of Sinners, his first novel, he tells a story of seething anger, broken dreams, and a lifelong search for redemption. Employing a writing style that reveals his shameless devotion to the film noir genre of American film-making, he brings the emotions of his narrative to the fore through his characters, setting, and tone. D.C. earned his MBA and Bachelor of Engineering degrees from Concordia University and, when he's not contemplating the darkness that lurks in men's souls, earns his living as an Investment Advisor. He currently lives in the former Ville d'Anjou with his wife and two teenage daughters.
